The story
I’ve spent fifteen years learning to build around systems.
I started in real estate, where the difference between a good month and a great one usually came down to whether the process held up under pressure. It rarely did — so I started building the processes myself.
That turned into HomeReady, a team that now does serious volume not because of any single rainmaker, but because the operating system underneath it is sound.
The software we needed didn’t exist, so we built it. That became TeamApp — tested every day inside a real team before it was ever offered to anyone else.
And because operators learn best from operators, I started the Team Leader Summit to put those conversations on the record. Three businesses, one idea: systems over heroics.
If the business can’t run without you in the room, you don’t have a business — you have a job with extra steps.
